Exchanges work similarly. As long as the ring is unworn and undamaged (except for manufacturing or shipping defects/damages), it is exchanged. If there’s wear and tear, Evie may charge for the exchanged product or cancel the return. However, this doesn’t apply to the packaging.

- Next, enter the email ID that you used while ordering your ring.

- Now, select your reason for the return or exchange.
