As I mentioned earlier, you can receive notifications from the official Instagram app on your iPhone. You have DM notifications, you’re allowed to respond to them, and even read posts. If this sounds like something you would want to do, then go through the instructions below and follow along-
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone and click on Notifications.
- Tap on Instagram, and turn the toggle on for Allow Notifications.
- Now, open the Apple Watch app.
- Tap on Notifications and then turn the toggle on for Instagram.
