Amazon delivers Oura Ring around the world (covering most countries). Even though, Oura’s official site delivers only to specific countries in the Asia-Pacific region; if you are not from these countries, you can still buy Oura Ring if you use Amazon.
However, it will cost you extra shipping charges and the delivery time may take longer (depending on the location you are staying in).
To buy Oura Ring on Amazon is really cool since they credit the amount of the sizing kit that can be used to purchase the Oura Ring from the same Amazon account.
Besides, I checked that Oura Ring bought from Amazon can be returned by following Amazon’s return and exchange policy. However, before returning the Oura Ring, my suggestion is to cancel Oura membership, or it will continue charging you for an app subscription.
Target
Target is only available in the US. If you are looking forward to buying Oura Ring offline and you live in the US, try your nearest Target stores. You can also order an Oura Ring from Target online and receive it at home or via curbside pickup, but to try the sizes or styles and colors, you can also pick up the ring from nearby Target physical stores.
Before purchasing the Oura Ring from Target online, I always encourage you to purchase ring sizing kits for $10. This investment will be reimbursed with a $10 Target gift card that you can use to purchase your Oura Ring.
Many customers complain for longer delivery time. However, the Delivery time varies depending on your location.

Oura Ring is available in stores in Norway too, in Elkjop. Presently, there are 400+ Elkjop stores in Norway. Anyone can visit Elkjop stores and place an order for an Oura Ring. You can also buy an Oura Ring from Elkjop online. The sizing kit will cost NOK 100. Besides, the delivery time may take longer and customers may have to pay extra shipping costs.
Elkjop customers have to exchange or return Oura rings through the Elkjop stores by following their return policy (must be within 30 days from purchase).
Elgiganten
Elgiganten stores in Denmark have finally made it possible to buy Oura rings in stores, in Greenland as well. Additional shipping costs could be added. Sadly, the sizing kit for Oura is not free here, it will cost DKK 50.
