If you have an Apple Watch below the Series 4 or the Apple Watch SE, they don’t support the built-in ECG app. However, if you have an Apple Watch Series 4 and above, make sure you’re running the latest software if the ECG app isn’t available. The ECG also doesn’t work for people under the age of 22 and is unavailable for the Apple Watches set up under Family Setup.
