Forgot Prevention Circul+ Login Password? Read This!

One minute, I opened my Circul+ app, and the next, I stared at the login screen, trying to remember my password. Yes, I simply can’t remember any passwords at all. Luckily, my Circul+ app gives me a way out of such situations.

If I forget my Prevention Circul+ login password, then I have the option to reset it with a new one (that I can only hope to remember). The process is relatively straightforward and consists of a few simple steps.

So, if you ever forget your password, as I often do, you can follow the steps below to solve the problem!

Reset Your Forgotten Prevention Circul+ Login Password This Way!

Step 1: Open the Circul+ App & Select the “Forgot Your Password” Option

Locate the Circul+ app on your phone or tablet and launch it. When the app opens, you will be faced with the login screen. From here, select the “Forgot Your Password” option located below the “Log In” button.

Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email

After clicking on the “Forgot your password” page, you will be taken to another screen where you have to enter your registered email address, i.e., the mail address that you used to create your Circul+ account.

After this, tap the “Reset password” button located in blue. If the email address you’ve entered is correct, you will receive a pop-up message saying, “Verification email sent successfully; please check your mailbox.” Tap “OK” in blue to proceed.

Note: When I was resetting my password, I had forgotten the mail I had created an account with, and entered a different email address. When I clicked on the blue “Rest password” button, the screen showed “loading” for a few seconds, and after that, a pop-up message showed up saying, “The username and password mismatch.”

This means entering any other email address did not work. I tapped on “OK” and tried again.

Step 3: Check Your Email

Now, go to the inbox of your registered email address and look for a mail from “CIRCUL.” Open the mail, and you will find a link to reset your password. Click on the link, and it will open in your default web browser.

Note: The password reset link expired in 48 hours. So, make sure that you’re resetting your password only in that time frame.

Step 4: Rest Password

The Reset Password page is fairly simple. You get two fields here. In the first field, you have to enter your new password. In the next field, i.e., “Repeat New Password,” re-enter your new password to confirm.

Once done, tap on “Reset.” If your password reset process was successful, you would get a message on the screen saying, “Password reset successful.”

Note: Since I don’t trust myself to remember a complex combination of numbers and characters, I tried using just my dog’s name as the password, and, well, it didn’t work. Circul+, like any sensible platform, requires users to choose a password with alphanumeric characters and special characters.

So, I changed it accordingly, and now, good luck to me remembering it.

Another thing here is that if you refresh the page, you will have to begin the whole process again. So, try getting it right the first time. Come up with a strong password before you begin the resetting process.

Step 5: Log In With The New Password

Once you’ve reset your password, you can go back to the Circul+ app. The screen will open right where you left, i.e., the “Reset password” page. From here, select the “Already verified, to login” option in blue.

On doing this, you will be redirected to the login page. Enter the new password, and if you’ve entered it correctly, you should be logged in within seconds!
