You’d think that I was relieved to have placed an order for my Evie Ring. And well, even though I was lucky to be able to place an order, given that the rings were sold out fast, I still had other kinds of worries.
For example, when will my order get delivered? People on the internet were already facing delays in shipment, speculating that they might have to wait for their ring for months. This fear made me want to track my Evie Ring order. By doing this, if I saw any shipment delays, I could reach out to customer support.

Track Evie Ring Order Status Easily!
Evie sent me a shipping confirmation email when it was ready to ship my ring. So, I went to my inbox and opened up that mail. It contained a link that I clicked on to track the delivery of my order.
However, the information that I used to get to see wasn’t always updated. And that’s okay since Evie itself says that it can take the carrier up to 24 hours to update tracking information.
Although Evie kept me informed about the status of my order and how and when it was reaching me, it wasn’t smooth sailing. Here’s what the entire journey of my Evie ring reaching me looked like:
- Once I placed an order, I first received an order confirmation email with details about my order. These details included:
- My order number,
- Some details of the ring I had purchased, and
- Billing information.
- Since I had ordered a sizing kit as well, I received an email once the sizing kit was shipped. The email contained a link that I used to track my sizer. It got delivered to me within 5-7 days.
- With the help of the sizing kit, I confirmed my Evie Ring size. After this, the (infuriatingly) long wait for my Evie Ring started.
- I had ordered my Evie ring right upon its launch, but the shipping confirmation email came at the beginning of February. I had to wait for a little over a month to finally get the shipping confirmation email.
- Once I did the email confirmation, I used the link it contained to track my order.
And that’s it! My Evie ring got delivered to me after four days of the shipping confirmation email.
Note: If you don’t opt for a sizing kit, Evie will only send you one shipping confirmation email containing all your order’s tracking information.
Evie Ring Shipping Confirmation Mail Delay
As you can see, a lot of people, including myself, have to face delays in getting the shipping confirmation email. The long silence that followed after receiving an order confirmation mail made people worried about their order.
I got to know that some people who had pre-ordered the ring in November did not receive a shipping notification until the end of January. But that isn’t it. Some even said that they only received a mail towards the end of February!
However, almost all of them got their rings delivered within a week of receiving the shipping confirmation mail. So, this certainly gives a general overview of things, doesn’t it?
I think once an order for an Evie Ring was placed, it took a month or two for people to get shipping confirmation mail. And then, the ring was delivered withing a week of the mail. However, when it came to tracking delivery, the information displayed wasn’t always updated. But that was also because it can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update shipping information.
Those who could wait for their rings for this long got their rings delivered. But there were some for whom the ring simply lost its appeal, and understandably so, given the long waiting duration. The latter group applied for a refund, and their request was fulfilled within a week.
I can understand why people would apply for refunds and get their orders canceled. As soon as I order something online, I (impatiently) start waiting for it. I keep tracking my order status, and nothing brings me greater joy than seeing “Out for delivery” in the order info sections.
So, when people were left without a word about their orders for a period that long, I can imagine that they must have felt disappointed and maybe even angry, which eventually made them do this.
What To Do If Your Evie Ring Shipping Confirmation Email Is Delayed?
As you can see, a lot of people had to face delays in the shipping of their Evie Ring. So, if you ever order an Evie Ring and don’t get a shipping email, don’t panic. Give it some more time.
It is common for Evie to have some delays in sending out shipping confirmation emails. In fact, a greater delay can be seen in the shipping (this includes sending related email) and delivery of rose gold Evie Rings in comparison to other color options. This could be because rose gold is a pretty popular color choice for many, especially women and therefore has a greater demand in comparison to other rings.
Furthermore, sometimes important emails end up in our spam folder. So, if you can’t spot the order or shipping confirmation email in your inbox, I suggest you try checking your spam mail.
