I’ve been using Oura Gen 3 for quite some time, and it never failed me. Honestly, for me, there is nothing to dislike about the Oura ring. However, not everybody feels the same! Sometimes, it takes a month to figure out whether the ring is useful to you or not.

- Now select “I have an Oura Ring” from the dropdown.
- Next, fill up your Gmail address followed by selecting ‘Returns and exchanges’ from the dropdown.

- At the bottom, you will find the ‘Submit’ button. Click on it and wait for the Oura customer support to reply to your email.
Note: As per the latest announcement by team Oura, if you are from Russia, Oura is not accepting returns or exchanges from Russia at this time.

Simply open the My Account portal on Oura.com and track the original order. If you can’t, just reach out to the Oura support team.
Addressing Oura Return And Refund Issues
It is understandable that the Oura return policy is transparent. Yet, I have found that many of my friends complain that they are stuck in the return process, and claiming a refund is also often failed.
For instance, Oura users often mention that they can’t see a refund transaction on their account. If you are facing the same issue, connect with the Oura support team 24 hours after receiving a refund confirmation mail from them.
You must be concerned about whether you can issue a refund to a different card or bank account. I can help you with that, too! I reached out to the Oura support team once regarding this query. As per the Oura team, a refund will be credited to the original method of payment and currency.
Moreover, people often claim that they are waiting too long for the refund process. As far as I know (again, I asked Oura for help), the refund process takes place within 14 business days after the product is received by the Oura team.
If Oura isn’t crediting the refund amount within 14 business days, reach out to the Oura support team and raise a ticket. However, even if you have raised a ticket using Oura’s Customer support and your return and refund request is not approved, you can try:
- Replying directly to Oura in the order confirmation email to return the ring.
