AirPods Or The Charging Case Are Dirty

Reset Your AirPods
Just like your life, your AirPods need a reset from time to time. To rest my AirPods, I follow the steps below:
- I start by adding AirPods to the charging case and closing the lid for 30 seconds.
- Then I bring it close to my device and open the lid.
- I press the hold button on the charging case of my AirPods. This should take 15 seconds.
- Then the light changes from amber to white.
- Once this happens, I pair the devices again, and the blinking white light stops.
In case you have AirPods 4, there won’t be any physical buttons for the reset. Therefore, in order to reset them, you will need to unpair the AirPods from your iPhone by ‘forgetting the device’ in Bluetooth settings and then pairing them again.
Forget This Device
When neither of the above tips works, I like to disconnect and pair the AirPods again with my device. To do this, I follow the following steps:
- I go to settings on my iPhone.
- There, I click on ‘Bluetooth’.
- Next, I click on ‘AirPods’.
