The excitement and anticipation I had while waiting for my Oura ring was overwhelming! Like thousands of other anxious customers, I wondered how long Oura Ring take to ship. Now that I have it, it’s time for me to put your mind at ease.

How Long Did My Oura Ring Took To Ship? 

It almost took a week for the sizing kit to be delivered when I first placed the order for my Oura ring. After confirming my size, I received the ring within 5 days. 

Usually, the Oura Ring sizing kits are delivered within 3 to 9 business days of receiving the confirmation email and 2 to 5 business days for the ring delivery. However, whenever the demand for the rings is upscaling, delivery could be delayed up to 3 weeks from the day you confirm your order. 

According to your current location, it could be possible that the Oura Ring might take longer to ship than expected.

But if that’s too much wait for you, you can buy the Oura ring from the site (for US customers only) and, if inventory is available, pick it up from a nearby Best Buy store. However, for those living in other parts of the world, here are the estimated shipping timelines Oura claims based on standard and expedited shipping.

Hold on! If you think that getting the ring without the sizing kit would be a better option because you’ll get it in less time, then you are wrong. 

For proper functionality and accurate readings, the ring’s placement on your finger should be perfect. And this could only be possible when you determine your right fit. So, from my personal experience, if you are purchasing an Oura ring for the first time, I recommend you use a sizing kit to select your size (from 6 to 13) and find your perfect fit. You can order the sizing kit from Oura’s official purchasing site. 

Oura Ring Shipping Cost

Oura usually charges $35/35 € for expedited shipping for orders to the US, EU, and UK. However, expedited shipping was not available when I ordered my rings, but you should remember to check for it before making your purchase.

Note: Orders can not be expedited to a PO Box address, as it will delay the shipping 

process and require a changed address. Also, expedited shipping is only available for your first shipment. 

For example – If you order the sizing kit first, it will be sent via expedited shipping, and your Oura ring will be shipped via Standard shipping. But, if you order the ring without the sizing kit, your ring will be shipped via expedited shipping.

Things You Shouldn’t Miss About Oura’s Shipment  

1. The tax amount will vary depending on your current shipping location. Remember that the tax is payable at the time of checkout. So, your total purchase amount will include the ring’s original price, shipping amount (fixed at $15), and tax payable.

2. Oura Ring’s Terms of Delivery state that in Canada and the UK, Oura will deliver the products under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) intercom. This means Oura will be responsible for paying all costs associated with the importation of the products into the buyer country and will charge tax at the applicable rate based on the delivery address of the product.

3. In the US and EU, Oura will charge tax at the applicable rate based on the delivery address in accordance with local rules. However, for all other international deliveries, DAP (Delivery at Place) intercom is applied, which means Oura will not be responsible for paying all costs associated with the importation of the products into the buyer country.

4. All orders to the US are shipped from the US and the Netherlands. However, orders for other locations are shipped from the Netherlands. So, the cost of shipping varies accordingly.

How To Track Your Oura Ring Order Shipment?

You can track your Oura ring order shipment in two steps:

1. Accessing the “My Account” portal on Oura’s official website.

As soon as I placed the order, I received a confirmation mail with my order details and a separate email containing a link to tracking details once the order was shipped. 

So, when your order is shipped, you will also receive a separate mail with the tracking details. It could take up to a day for the career to update your tracking information. 

So, wait for some time before worrying about your Oura ring shipment. Mine took 13 hours, so it’s possible that yours could take more or less time.

2. Confirmation email consisting of shipping details.

You can also track your shipment order by accessing the My Account page on the website. Enter the email account you used to place the order and click on the one-click login link. It will redirect you to the My Account portal. In the “Orders tab,” find your order with the following details:

• Order Status: Details of the Oura ring size, pending approval, ring shipped and delivered. 

• Shipment status: Details of the Ring Sizing kit along with the Oura ring once you confirm your size. Once your order is officially shipped, tap on the link and track your order.

You can also contact the delivery department for shipment updates. Oura delivers with its partners, including:

• DHL, 
• UPS Express Saver, 
• DHL Globalmail, 
• DHL GLOBAL MAIL

You can find information about the career in your shipment order and the confirmation email link. The name of the career and your tracking number are located at the bottom of the sent mail. Tap on the tracking number to be redirected to the career’s website, and ask them about how much time it will take to ship your ring.

Note: However, if you face trouble tracking your order or contacting the career after your purchase, contact the Oura support team and submit a request.

What To Do If My Oura Ring Takes Longer To Ship Than Expected? 

If your Oura Ring is taking longer to ship than expected, there could be two main reasons:

1. Location

The Oura rings are shipped from either the United States or the Netherlands. Based on your location, it could be possible that Oura Ring is taking longer to ship than expected. It also depends upon the availability of Oura Ring shipping countries. 

2. Higher Demand

Another reason for the delay could be the recent upscaling in the demand for the rings. Recently, a handful of users were seen posting their queries about the unaccepted shipment delay on the forums and social media platforms. Taking this into consideration, Oura’s CEO, Tom Hale, addressed the problem by saying-
